What makes Levl different from Hevy, Strong, or MyFitnessPal?
Those apps track one thing well. Levl reads your training and your nutrition together and gives you a cross-domain AI coach — it surfaces the connection between the two that no single-purpose app can see (like an under-fueled deficit stalling your squat).
Is Levl free?
Yes — unlimited workout logging, nutrition tracking, your strength score, and CSV import from Hevy or Strong are free forever, plus a 5-messages-a-week AI coach sampler. The full cross-domain AI coach is part of Premium ($8.99/mo or $59.99/yr), which starts with a 7-day free trial.
Can I import my history from another app?
Yes. Export a CSV from Hevy or Strong and import it into Levl in about 60 seconds — every workout, set, and PR comes across in full. Open Settings → Import data to start.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Billing is handled by Apple. Manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the current period ends.
Is the coach’s advice medical advice?
No. Levl’s insights are for general fitness guidance only and are not medical advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making significant changes to your training or diet, especially if you have a health condition.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings → Privacy → Export my data to download a full machine-readable JSON of everything in your account, or email privacy@levl.fitness.
Account deletion

How to delete your account

You can permanently delete your Levl account and all associated data from inside the app — no email required.

Open Levl and go to Settings → Account.

Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is locked immediately. Data enters a 30-day grace period, then is permanently purged.

During the 30 days you can recover your account by signing back in. After that, deletion is irreversible. Content you contributed to the community (like shared foods) is anonymized rather than removed. Can’t access the app? Email privacy@levl.fitness and we’ll handle it for you.
